3. Delivery, Shipping, Returns of Digital Products
All Insight Survey Industry Reports are digital products delivered electronically.
Once payment has been successfully processed, the purchaser will receive an email containing a secure downloadable link that provides access to the report in PDF format.

All reports are delivered digitally. No physical shipping applies and no shipping fees are charged.
4. Refunds and Returns
Insight Survey sells digital research reports that are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, report purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the secure download link has been issued and access to the report has been provided.
However, purchases remain subject to applicable consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
